Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last Updated: August 1, 2025
1. Cancellation by Client
- Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by providing notice at least 7 days before the next billing date.
- Once cancelled, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period.
- No further charges will apply after cancellation.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the billing date will only take effect from the following cycle.
2. Cancellation by Waon Consulting
Waon Consulting may suspend or cancel services if:
- Payments are overdue,
- The client breaches these Terms & Conditions,
- Services are used for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
3. Refund Policy
- Monthly subscriptions: No refunds will be issued for the current month once payment is processed.
- Annual subscriptions: Refunds are not available once the subscription term has begun. However, clients may cancel to stop renewal at the end of the paid period.
- Setup fees, customization work, and professional services are non-refundable.
- No partial refunds for unused days within an active billing cycle.
4. Force Majeure
Neither party will be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond their reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, power failures, internet blackouts, or regulatory actions).
5. Requirement Gathering & Feasibility Clause
During the requirement gathering stage, if Waon Consulting determines that the requested features or requirements cannot be reasonably fulfilled due to technical limitations or feasibility constraints, a full refund of the current month’s payment will be issued, excluding any onsite costs (RM 250 per trip).
Similarly, if the Client, after reviewing Waon Consulting’s proposal or preliminary deliverables, feels that the service does not meet their requirements or expectations, the Client may request a full refund of the current month’s payment—excluding any onsite costs (RM 250 per trip)—provided the request is made before the commencement of development or customization work.
Once development work begins, refunds will no longer be applicable.
